The company has been conducted different types of meetings for different purpose conducting by different group of management body of the company. The following meeting has been conducted of the company:

1.           Meeting of the Members (Owners) :

                          a. Statutory Meeting

                          b. Annual General Meeting

                          c. Extraordinary General Meeting

                          d. Class Meeting

2.                     Meeting of Board of Directors

3.                     Meeting of Committee of Directors

4.                     Meeting of Debenture holders

5.                     Other Meetings :

a.       Meeting of the Shareholders and/or creditors etc. convened by the Court for amalgamation, compromise or arrangement.

b.       Meeting of Creditors and contributors convened for winding up.
